Terminally ill patitent with a ruduced live expectancy as per attending physician. Patient and/or caregiver choose Hospice service provider. A caregiver is appointed by mutual consent between patient, caregiver and the Eagle Pass Hospice and Palliative Care staff.

The most common forms of payment are: Medicare, Medicaid, Some Private Insurances and Self-Payments.
Our team of social workers and staff can fully assist you in identifying the appropriate source of funding to cover Hospice Care.

Coverage is subject to approval, private payment plans are also available.

We serve Maverick, Dimmit, Kinney, Val Verde, Uvalde and Zavala counties.

Including the cities of: Eagle Pass, Cristal City, Brackettville, Del Rio, Quemado and Carrizo Springs.
